Jeju Shinhwa World is offering special year-end dining experiences to celebrate the season. Yongfu (traditional Chinese cuisine) has partnered with wine importer Avec Wine for a December 31 evening course pairing chef-selected dishes with wine — starters include seasonal chilled salad, handmade tofu with special sauce, garlic- and chili-scented stir-fried lobster, braised pork with abalone, glass noodle clam soup for the main, and a tangerine pudding dessert. Jejuseon The Black presents limited Christmas Day teppan (iron-griddle) dinner courses with a live fire show; two options are available: the “Ttotot” course featuring Christmas salad, coconut curry soup, grilled abalone and cuttlefish, and black pork jowl, and the “Atti” course with yellowtail ceviche, cream chowder, lobster tail, grilled scallop, and Korean beef sirloin. Landing Dining offers a seafood buffet evoking the Jeju sea, with live tuna-cutting (namely, fresh bluefin preparation) shows on Dec 31 and Jan 1, allowing guests to taste various domestic tuna cuts.
