Seocho District in Seoul will hold a one-year anniversary and street completion ceremony on the 30th at Seoul Express Bus Terminal plaza to celebrate the Goteo·Sebit tourism special zone. The event highlights a project connecting the terminal to Banpo Hangang Park along a newly organized tourist corridor and installs a wave-shaped sculpture symbolizing the Han River. The program includes a unveiling, progress reports, and interactive activities to attract foreign visitors: personal color diagnosis, making a 'K-pop Demon Hunters' lacquered gat keyring (traditional Korean hat decoration) and traditional games. Visitors can join hands-on activities by posting photos of the zone on social media with required hashtags. Seocho’s mayor said the district improved wayfinding and tourist facilities from the terminal through the underground walkway to Banpo Hangang Park and plans to expand Han River–based and location-specific content to make the area a global tourism hub.
