Audrey Chu (known as “Audrey Nuna”), the influencer and singer who voiced a character in the animated series K-pop Demon Hunters, shared on Instagram that she was deeply moved after visiting the Lee Kun-hee collection touring exhibition at the Smithsonian in Washington, D.C. She said her “heart and head are full,” recommended the show to friends, and praised the chance to learn about Korean art, history and cultural development. The exhibition, “Korean Treasures: Collected, Cherished, Shared,” features items donated to the National Museum of Korea and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art by the late Samsung chairman Lee Kun-hee, including iconic works shown in the U.S. for the first time such as Jeong Seon’s “Inwangjesaekdo,” Kim Hong-do’s “Chuseongbudo,” and the “Ilwol Oakdo” made famous again by the Netflix series K-pop Demon Hunters (Kedehun). Audrey thanked Samsung and the Smithsonian for the opportunity.
