CJ Foodville's Jeil Jjamyeomenso reopened at Yeouido IFC Mall after a full renovation, upgrading space, menu and service to emphasize a 'Korean noodle dining' experience. The refreshed restaurant expanded seating to 175, uses Korean house structure and noodle motifs in its interior, added an open kitchen to showcase fresh knife-cut noodles (kal-guksu) and hot pancake (jeon) preparation, and provides private rooms for dinners and weekend groups. The menu highlights chewy fresh kal-guksu noodles, rich broths, generous toppings, and in-house-made fresh kimchi (geotjeori). New side dishes include braised brisket (suyuk), Chungcheong-style meat pancake (yukjeon), seafood water parsley pancake (minari-jeon), and spicy clam salad. They also offer traditional Korean liquors, wine, and matcha makgeolli. A new communal shabu-jeongol (shabu hotpot) features unlimited beef, vegetables and fresh noodles options. A seasonal promotion offers a free menu item with shabu-jeongol orders for two or more on weekdays. CJ says the redesign aims to deliver a warm, authentic setting and improved noodle craftsmanship for satisfying Korean noodle dining.
