Ibuzin (Lee Boo-jin), chair of the Korea Visit Year Committee and CEO of Hotel Shilla, drew attention for her classic “old money” style during a March 17 inspection of Myeongdong stores for the 2026 Korea Grand Sale. She wore a light gray Erdem tailored coat with a detachable black flower brooch, a patterned skirt, and a discreet Moynat Gabriel clutch — pieces noted for understated luxury. The Erdem coat sells for about 1,995 pounds (approx. 3.94 million KRW) on the brand site and is discounted to around 2.64 million KRW on a local platform. Ibuzin, often spotlighted for elegant shareholder-meeting fashion, also mixes high-end items with affordable domestic designer pieces, such as an 110,000 KRW two-piece outfit she previously wore to a scholarship ceremony. The Korea Grand Sale, running through Feb. 22 next year, features 1,759 participating companies and aims to showcase K-content and shopping tourism to foreign visitors.
