LAKA, a K-beauty gender-neutral color cosmetics brand, is expanding its global presence with a series of pop-ups and trade shows across North America, the Middle East and Asia in the second half of 2025. The brand participated in Cosmoprof Las Vegas and secured distribution deals with Miniso USA/Canada, Sephora entry, and a Mexican retailer. LAKA also took part in LA’s K Beauty Hall of Fame POPUP and K-Beauty Boost in New York, drawing around 5,000 visitors at the latter. In the Middle East and Hong Kong, LAKA showcased at major B2B fairs including Dubai Beautyworld Middle East and Cosmoprof Asia Hong Kong to pursue retail partnerships in GCC countries and global retailers for 2026 placements. Asian activations drew strong local interest: a Taipei popup at Shinkong Mitsukoshi A11 attracted about 19,000 visitors, and a hands-on color-mixology popup at Bangkok’s Siam Square allowed customers to create custom mini tints and featured Thai celebrities Lena and Miu. LAKA stresses its mission to let “anyone express themselves with color” and plans staged global expansion. The brand also launched a lip line centered on Fruity Glam tints in 91 Boots stores and online across the UK, marking a milestone in its global color cosmetics growth.
