Till White, Hyundai Department Store’s first in-house F&B brand at The Hyundai Seoul, has become a viral, experience-focused cafe. Since opening in August, its visually striking menu and stylish interior have driven heavy foot traffic—especially among women in their 20s–40s—with daily sell-outs of limited Christmas items. Signature drinks like the cardamom-infused Till White latte and experimental desserts (e.g., cardamom Basque cheesecake) pair with customizable bakery items—seven breads and ten spreads—under the ‘tartine’ concept. The white-and-‘Till Blue’ space overlooks a 12m indoor waterfall (Waterfall Garden) and features artwork installations, making the venue itself a photogenic content spot. Hyundai plans to expand the concept to other department stores and outlets and will release new trend-driven menu items next year.
