Italian luxury house Bottega Veneta has launched a new perfume collection inspired by its Venetian origins and the brand’s signature intrecciato (woven leather) craft. The line includes five Eau de Parfum scents and three concentrated Mezzanotte Parfum fragrances, each built from carefully sourced natural essences to create layered, skin-close narratives. The Eau de Parfum range blends global ingredients—like Spanish labdanum, Macedonian juniper, Moroccan orange blossom, Italian bergamot, and Madagascan geranium—to evoke Mediterranean sun, sea air, and nocturnal sensuality. The Mezzanotte Parfum series (mezzenote meaning “midnight”) offers denser, more intense compositions—notes include Japanese hinoki, Siberian fir resin, Thai oud, truffle, and vanilla—to express the atmosphere of midnight turning to dawn. Bottles recall Murano glassblowing and Venice’s lagoon, with translucent, bubble-adorned forms set on natural marble bases. The collection emphasizes multisensory artistry and sustainability: refillable designs, 100% recycled glass, and plastic-free packaging. (intrecciato: Bottega Veneta’s hand‑woven leather technique)
