The Czech Tourism Board introduced Czech Republic as a romantic travel destination blending top-tier Michelin dining, traditional crafts and festive lantern culture. At a Seoul press briefing it highlighted the first Korea-specific Michelin Guide for the Czech Republic, which expands reviews beyond Prague to restaurants nationwide, including starred venues, Bib Gourmand and Green Star selections. Officials encouraged longer stays (including “one-month” living) to enjoy Czech gastronomy, golf and culture; visa-free stays of up to 90 days (and up to 180 days under bilateral agreement) were noted. Promotional displays in Seoul include a 6‑m lantern modeled on Prague’s historic astronomical clock (Prague Orloj) and a Czech glass craft exhibition featuring Christmas ornaments, reflecting the country’s winter romance and artisanal traditions. A mobile tourism game inspired by Prague’s visuals was also released in 10 languages including Korean.
