SES Bada to Launch K-Beauty Brand Next Spring with Korea Kolmar

SES member Bada announced she will launch her own K-beauty brand in the first half of next year. She has been quietly researching and developing cosmetics for years in collaboration with Korea Kolmar (a global cosmetics R&D firm) after appearing on their YouTube show last year. Bada reportedly tested every sample personally and provided detailed feedback, applying 27 years of idol experience in skincare, body care, hair care and makeup to product development. Korea Kolmar handles R&D and manufacturing, while Venice F&B and affiliate Wemier will manage domestic and global online/offline distribution, marketing, creative and promotions. Company sources say Bada has been involved in nearly all brand meetings—from product planning to design—and the launch will occur when she deems the brand fully ready, currently expected next spring.
