Pulmuone Food & Culture’s plant-based restaurant brand Plantude introduced three new winter menu items under the “Winter Calling” theme: White Crunch Nasi Goreng with Tomato Soft Tofu Stew, Winter Maesaengi Rice Noodle Soup (maesaengi: a seasonal Korean seaweed), and Beijing-style Hoga-rou (a plant-based take on guo bao rou). All dishes are 100% plant-based, using seasonal ingredients and warm textures. The items rolled out at Plantude locations: COEX (Dec 11), Yongsan (Dec 15), and Godeok (Dec 17). To celebrate, customers who order a winter dish at these stores receive a “worry doll making kit” while supplies last. Plantude, opened first at COEX in 2022, now has three branches and has recorded over 454,000 visitors and 642,000 menu items sold as of Nov 2025. Pulmuone Food & Culture continues expanding its foodservice operations across concessions, highway rest stops, airports, and more.
