Michelin 3-Star Dinner Meets Stella Artois in 'Perfect Table' Event

Stella Artois hosted a year-end 'Perfect Table' dinner at Mingles, Seoul’s only Michelin three-star restaurant, pairing its premium 650-year‑old lager with a seven-course menu by chef Kang Min‑gu. The event featured a live 'Perfect Serve' demonstration — a global draft quality program — by Korea's first 'Global Draft Master' bartender Cho Young‑jun, showcasing a five-step pouring technique using the chalice (special beer glass). Courses included modern interpretations of Korean ingredients like omija (a tart berry), hanwoo yukhoe (Korean beef tartare), eel, and dakgangjeong (sweet fried chicken), finishing with Mingles' signature 'Jang Trio.' Stella Artois said it will continue collaborations with Michelin‑listed chefs and restaurants to broaden beer-and-dining pairings in Korea.
