South Korea’s first single-malt whisky, Ki One, launched a limited 'Red Pepper Cask' edition in collaboration with brand ambassador Chef Edward Lee. The special release reinterprets the heat of Korean red chili pepper (honggochu) into whisky flavors. The launch event took place at Rise Hotel in Hongdae, Seoul, where Chef Lee sampled the aroma of the new expression. (honggochu: a commonly used Korean red chili pepper known for its bright heat)
