Ki One Releases Limited 'Red Pepper Cask' Single Malt

Ki One, South Korea’s first single-malt whisky, has launched a limited-edition release called 'Ki One Red Pepper Cask' created in collaboration with chef and brand ambassador Edward Lee. The whisky reinterprets the heat of Korean red chili pepper (hong-gochu) by finishing the spirit in casks infused with the pepper’s spicy character. The launch event was held on the 16th at Rise Hotel in Seoul’s Hongdae district, where Chef Lee posed with a red chili pepper to mark the release.
