Jeju Dream Tower, a 169m mixed-use resort opened by Lotte in December 2020, celebrated its 5th anniversary with about 11.5 million cumulative visitors (as of Dec 14): 3.62 million hotel guests, 1.37 million casino users, and 6.55 million visitors to dining, shopping and “HAN Collection” (luxury shopping area). The 38‑floor complex features 1,600 all‑suite rooms, 14 restaurants and bars, an international casino and a mall. After struggling during the pandemic, the resort has driven strong post‑pandemic recovery: sustained room rates with 6 months of ~80%+ occupancy, record monthly revenue even in off‑season (Nov sales exceeded peak August), and the Skyview “pocha” (outdoor bar) on the 38th floor drew 700,000 visitors over five years. Dream Tower Casino saw explosive growth as international flights resumed—monthly visitors rose to about 48,000 and net monthly revenue climbed to roughly 39.6 billion KRW, achieving over 500 billion KRW monthly sales for three consecutive months (a first for a foreigner‑only casino in Korea). To mark the anniversary, the resort runs promotions Dec 18–31 including gifts for high spenders, big year‑end discounts at HAN Collection, and extra discounts for Jeju residents.
