Incheon city will operate the 'Incheon Asiade Stadium Ice Rink' from Dec. 19 to Feb. 18. The rink, set up on a 3,600㎡ south plaza of the Asiade Main Stadium, has three sections: an adult rink, a children's rink, and an event rink. Opening day is free for all residents. Regular hours are 10:00–18:30 on Mon–Thu and Sun, and until 20:00 on Fri, Sat and public holidays. Admission is 2,000 KRW per hour for ages 5 and up. The event rink offers activities like ice bumper cars (1 ride 2,000 KRW) and sledding. Mayor Yoo Jung-bok said the rink is meant as a Christmas gift to citizens and hopes it promotes winter sports and the city’s “sports dream.” (Asiade: name of the multi-sport complex built for the Asian Games)
