Samyang Resumes Supply of 'Buldak' Ramen to Homeplus After Payment Delays

Samyang Foods has restarted deliveries of its popular Buldak Bokkeum Myun (spicy stir-fried ramen) and other products to Homeplus from the 12th, after pausing shipments when unpaid invoices accumulated. The company said partial payments were received yesterday, allowing supply to resume; items currently on Homeplus shelves had been existing stock. Homeplus acknowledged cash-flow problems caused delays in payments to some suppliers, and noted temporary delivery slowdowns and quantity adjustments.
