Glow Seoul’s ETF Bakery officially opened a full store near Anguk Station in Seoul on December 10. After testing a pop‑up in Seongsu, the brand reworked its menu and shop layout to focus on taste, size and value. The Anguk location adds seating, a catch table waiting system, and adjusted product sizes and price points based on customer feedback. To mark the opening, the bakery held a ceremonial cutting of a giant “Cream Daebbang” (large cream bread) — an 8‑serving, 33 cm, 500 g version — with slices given to early visitors. The menu emphasizes affordable, high‑quality baked goods with items priced mostly in the 1,000–3,000 KRW range, including ETF salt bread, classic butter baguette, ricotta pumpkin focaccia, mugwort cream bread, and the signature Cream Daebbang. New health‑focused flour‑free items (e.g., sweet potato egg bread and chocolate banana brownie) and cakes (souffle cheesecake, Merry Red Velvet, Strawberry Field) around 10,000 KRW were added. The shop also introduced specialty coffee using new‑crop beans and beverage options like pistachio milk (500 ml), Assam milk tea, and grapefruit juice. Glow Seoul says some prices rose to improve quality but kept key product cost ratios near 50% to maintain competitiveness and deliver “good products at fair prices.” More details are on ETF Bakery’s official Instagram.
