As the Lunar New Year holiday starts in South Korea with an extended break, popular theme parks like Everland, Lotte World, and Seoul Land are attracting visitors with attractions inspired by traditional 'K-Games'. This includes activities such as Ddakji (card flipping game), Bisokchigi (stone flicking game), and Jegi Chagi (Korean hacky sack). These games have gained international attention following their appearance in the series 'Squid Game'. Everland’s event, 'Exciting K-Play Battle', runs from January 25 to February 2. Parallel festive activities are also taking place in other parks like Lotte World and at ski resorts offering winter festivals and family-friendly events. This represents a blend of modern entertainment with traditional Korean cultural elements, appealing to both locals and international visitors.
