Bib Gourmand, symbolized by the Michelin mascot 'Bibendum' savoring a meal, focuses on restaurants that offer great value for money. These restaurants are popular among food enthusiasts who seek noteworthy dining experiences without breaking the bank. This year, the list includes 58 restaurants in Seoul and 19 in Busan, with notable newcomers offering traditional Korean dishes, innovative vegan dining (using plant-based ingredients), and more.
