Korean Arts School Graduation Highlight: Government Support for Emerging Artists

On February 21st, Yoo In-chon, the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, delivered a speech to graduates at the Korea National University of Arts (K-arts). He acknowledged the challenges and uncertainties of pursuing a career in the arts, and reassured graduates of the government's support. Emphasizing the importance of adapting to technological advances, he encouraged the integration of AI in the arts curriculum. Yoo highlighted plans to expand national arts education programs and create new national arts groups to support young artists.
