Hana Tour has enhanced dedicated services for customers who book its HanaPack 2.0 Premium package. The company now assigns dedicated staff and offers exclusive consultation, a priority call center, and priority airport meeting (Incheon Airport terminals 1 and 2) services. Pre-departure, a premium advisor provides personalized support including seat assignments for elderly travelers and help completing the electronic immigration form (전자입국 신고서). After return, customers receive follow-up satisfaction calls. The package includes most optional tours and guide fees in the price to let travelers focus on the trip, with premium itineraries offering more comfort. Additional perks include partnership benefits: a limited “SAFETY&JOY hygiene kit” (깨끗한나라) for early December departures from Incheon and Gimhae airports, and up to KRW 120,000 in Shinsegae Duty Free vouchers for Premium customers departing from Incheon through March next year. The airport priority service will expand to regional airports gradually.
