Senyang Soju’s oak-aged premium distilled soju ‘Sarak Gold’ was selected as an outstanding soju at the 2025 K-SUUL AWARD, an event organized by the National Tax Service to boost global competitiveness of Korean alcoholic beverages and reduce trade deficits. Winners were chosen through document review and strict blind taste tests by experts and a public panel, evaluating originality, market potential, and export competitiveness. ‘Sarak Gold’ — a cask-strength (no water added) spirit made from 100% domestic barley and aged long-term in American white oak — has earned multiple awards, including a bronze at the 2025 IWSC and a domestic premium soju grand prize. With a 40.2% ABV, it delivers deep vanilla aromas and a smooth, rich flavor. Senyang plans duty-free shop entry and further strategic global expansion.
