Moncler will return to the Winter Olympics in 2026 (Milan–Cortina) as the sponsor for Brazil’s opening/closing ceremonies and technical sponsor for the Brazilian Ski Federation’s (CBDN) alpine team. The luxury brand last appeared at the Olympics sponsoring France’s alpine team in Grenoble in 1968, marking almost six decades away from the Games. Moncler, founded in a 1952 Alpine town, built its reputation on durable parkas and down jackets for extreme conditions before expanding into luxury fashion while keeping its mountain-performance DNA. The brand will also collaborate with World Cup champion Lucas Pinheiro Braathen on a race suit for official competition that incorporates Brazil’s star motif and performance-driven design and details to maximize competitive function.
