Paris Baguette Hits 700 Global Stores with Westfield London Opening

South Korea’s SPC Group said its bakery chain Paris Baguette has surpassed 700 global locations by opening a Westfield store in London. The new Westfield shop is the chain’s fourth in the UK and second franchisee-run outlet; it follows steady customer growth at the first UK franchise in Canary Wharf. Located on the ground floor of Westfield Shepherd’s Bush — one of the UK’s largest shopping centres visited by about 50 million people annually — the outlet features Paris Baguette’s signature blue metal frames, marble counters and wood tones. The shop will offer popular sandwiches, pastries and cakes that have performed well in the UK and Europe, aiming to attract both local customers and international visitors. Paris Baguette entered the UK in 2022 with two stores and plans to open a fifth UK location this month near Portobello Market in Notting Hill, accelerating its franchise expansion in Britain.
