Fairfield by Marriott Busan Songdo Beach Launches 'Winter Season' Dining and Jazz Program

Fairfield by Marriott Busan Songdo Beach announced a 'Winter Season' promotion featuring live jazz and seasonal menus for the year-end period. The highlight is a one-night-only 'Holiday Jazz Gala' on December 24 in the hotel's 2nd-floor Art Hall, offering a welcome canapé, unlimited wine and cocktails, a special seasonal course, and live jazz for 110,000 KRW per person. Throughout December, the 22nd-floor Songdo Kitchen will host 'The Jazz Saturdays' every Saturday with two short performances (7:00–7:30 PM and 8:00–8:30 PM) paired with ocean views. The hotel also unveiled an 'Oyster Winter Table' showcasing Korean winter oysters and dishes such as Geoje deep-fried oysters (거제 숨굴 튀김) and Tongyeong oyster oil pasta (통영굴 오일 파스타), alongside a curated wine list. Emphasizing local seafood and clearly labeled ingredient origins, the hotel combined dining with live performances to enhance the winter atmosphere. Fairfield Busan Songdo Beach also continues ESG and community initiatives, including support for vulnerable children and donation programs. The general manager said the program aims to offer warm culinary experiences using local seasonal ingredients while expanding social contribution efforts.
