Musinsa, South Korea’s leading online fashion retailer, will open its largest multi-brand mega store on Dec. 11 at I’Park Mall in Yongsan. The 3,300㎡ store combines Musinsa’s mega store curation with its own modern basic casual label, Musinsa Standard, and features about 200 brands. A rotating pop-up zone will host monthly themed events; the opening run (Dec. 11–Jan. 11) includes a ‘Hello Yongsan, Hello Player’ pop-up showcasing official team uniforms for baseball, soccer and skiing, plus Adidas’s ‘FUN BEYOND RULES’ pop-up. Musinsa Standard’s Yongsan shop will carry men’s, women’s and children’s lines as well as beauty, home and sports items. To celebrate the opening, the store will offer daily 50% discount coupons to the first 100 customers through Dec. 14 and hold a ‘Mega Bag’ promotion selling about 400,000 won worth of goods for 49,900 won on Dec. 11–12. Musinsa selected Yongsan for its diverse foot traffic—office workers, families, MZ generation (born early 1980s–early 2000s) and foreign tourists—aiming to present a complete offline extension of its online curation.
