Nongshim Launches 'Eoljukdong' Winter Promotion for Baehongdong Bibim Noodles

Nongshim has rolled out a winter promotion for its bibim-myeon (cold mixed noodles) brand Baehongdong under the theme “Eoljukdong” (short for “I’d eat it even if I froze to death”) to highlight the trend of enjoying cold, refreshing foods in winter. The company redesigned packaging for three Baehongdong varieties (Baehongdong Bibim-myeon, Baehongdong Jjoljjol-myeon, Baehongdong Kal-bim-myeon) with a snowy winter motif and launched a consumer event. Customers who buy the winter-packaged products and upload photos or videos showing “how I enjoy Baehongdong in winter” to social media can win prizes, including round-trip tickets to Melbourne and luxury hot-spring hotel stays.
