Kuukuu Launches 19 Winter 'Spicy & Cheese' Menu Items in December

Sushi buffet franchise Kuukuu introduced 19 new winter menu items focused on 'spiciness' and 'cheese' to celebrate the year-end season. The lineup spans sushi, rolls, salads, hot dishes, and desserts, aiming to blend bold spicy flavors with creamy cheese. New sushi and rolls include Cheese Takoyaki Sushi, High-Protein Cheese Shiromiyaki Sushi, Fiery Grilled Pork Belly Roll, and Cheeseburger Roll. A Cheese Tandoori Salad joins the salad section. Hot and made-to-order items feature Mac & Cheese Pizza, Cheese-Tomato Meatloaf, Cheese Butter Sweet Potato, Cheese Bite Steak, and spicy dishes like Fiery Grilled Octopus, Kuha (brand) Chicken (쿠화) Chicken (brand name), Spicy Skewer Fish Cake Soup, and Red Vinegar Spicy Chicken (홍초화닭갈비). Desserts include apple tarts, custard tarts, yellow-cheese croissants, and cheese cake ice cream, plus a mascot-themed steamed bun called 'Kuung-ee Jjinppang' for families with children. The chain says the new menu will roll out gradually at Kuukuu locations nationwide to provide festive winter dining experiences with strong flavors and visual appeal.
