The rush intensified after a fire at E-Land’s logistics center in Cheonan, prompting fans to stock up amid fears of lasting shortages. Resale interest spiked too, with premium prices reaching about 90% above retail for some shoes and high markups for the down jacket. E-Land World is ramping up supply by using nearby retail hubs, external logistics, and a faster ‘2-day/5-day’ production system to restore stock; many year-end promotions continue as planned though full recovery will take time. The company says the crisis strengthened brand fandom and stabilized sales.
