Kyochon F&B has opened a pilot deli brand called SAUCIT (SAUCE + IT’S KYOCHON Difference) at its Pangyo headquarters to target lunch customers and expand beyond its evening-focused chicken business. SAUCIT offers chicken-based deli items—burgers & sandwiches, bowls, and fries—priced around 10,000 KRW, with seven Kyochon sauces (including Korean-inspired flavors like ssamjang dipping and gochujang cream) plus global styles like honey mayo and quattro cheese fondue. The menu’s sauce-and-seasoning combinations enable over 56 flavor variations for customers to craft and share their own recipes. The store uses QR ordering, automated frying/processing equipment, and serving robots for contactless pickup as part of a planned food-tech experiment. Running as a pilot with 150–200 lunchtime visitors daily, Kyochon will use performance data to refine menus and may spin SAUCIT into an independent brand if successful. (ssamjang: a Korean fermented soybean paste-based seasoning; gochujang: Korean red chili paste)
