Kyochon F&B unveiled a pilot deli brand called SAUCIT that repackages the chain’s 34 years of sauce expertise for daytime meals. The name blends “sauce” and “eat” and signals a shift from Kyochon’s night-focused chicken image to “healthy, tasty lunches.” The store design uses deep orange hues inspired by Kyochon’s sauces and flowing curves to evoke sauce textures. SAUCIT offers seven “Dip & Dip” sauces reinterpreting Korean ingredients (e.g., ssamjang, gochujang) and combinations of burgers, sandwiches and grain bowls that yield over 56 flavor variations. Menus target lunch needs—three burger types, two sandwiches, and four grain bowls featuring superfoods (green onion, oats, brown rice)—priced around 10,000 won. A playful sauce vending machine gives customers a random sauce token with purchases over 30,000 won. Kyochon says SAUCIT is a first experiment to convert its sauce DNA into daily meals and a testbed to expand K-sauce experiences using customer data.
