Always Shabu Opens Sea-View Buffet in Yeosu, Expands Nationwide

Always Shabu, a shabu-shabu buffet brand from KooKoo (쿠우쿠우), has opened a new sea-view location in Yeosu’s Ungcheon district. The Yeosu Ungcheon D Island branch occupies 760㎡ (about 230 pyeong) with 200 seats on the 2nd floor of the Belmer by Hanwha Hotel & Resort and is positioned near attractions like the Yi Sun-sin Marina, making it accessible to tourists and residents. The buffet offers unlimited refills of fresh vegetables, Australian beef, and a wide seafood selection including eel, blue crab, gonji (fish milt), myeongran (seasoned pollock roe), monkfish, various shellfish, and nakji horongi (grilled baby octopus), distinguishing it from other shabu-shabu buffets. The company said Yeosu’s strong dining demand makes it an ideal location and plans to accelerate nationwide expansion with future openings in cities such as Cheonan, Incheon, Yangju, Namyangju, Ulsan, Siheung, Changwon, Paju, and Uijeongbu.
