Pierre Hermé Desserts Arrive Exclusively at Park Hyatt Seoul and Andaz Seoul Gangnam

World-renowned pastry chef Pierre Hermé’s signature desserts, including the famous Ispahan macaron, will be available exclusively in Seoul after Hotel HDC secured a contract in September. From mid-November, Park Hyatt Seoul’s Cornerstone and Andaz Seoul Gangnam’s Bites & Wine will sell macarons, pound cakes (such as Ispahan cake and Mogador cake), chocolate bars and snacks. A pop-up store at The Hyundai Seoul on the 16th will offer an even wider selection. Pierre Hermé, often called the “Picasso of desserts,” operates about 100 stores across 20 countries. Hotel HDC said it is pleased to present Pierre Hermé’s Parisian heritage and hopes visitors will experience his philosophy in Korea.
