Nuri rocket undergoes final pre-launch checks at Naro Space Center

At Naro Space Center in Goheung, the Korean-made Nuri rocket, built through technology transfer with private firm Hanwha Aerospace, was erected on the launch pad and began final pre-launch checks at 00:45 on Nov. 27. The rocket carries 13 satellites for aurora and airglow observation and measurements of the space magnetic field and plasma, and is scheduled to launch around 01:00.
