Composer Yoon Hak-jun Brings New Music-Theatre 'Guardian Angel' to Daehangno

Renowned composer Yoon Hak-jun, known for art songs like “Majung” and “Na Hana Kkotpieo,” debuts his first original music-theatre piece, Guardian Angel, running Dec 4–14 in Daehangno (a Seoul theatre district). The production tackles contemporary issues—narcissism, gender bias, working mothers, divorce, blended families, and gambling addiction—through seven songs including new numbers “I Want to Be Loved” and “Do You Love Me,” plus signature works. All numbers feature live piano, violin, and cello ensemble, and special performances by top classical singers (baritones and sopranos) on select dates.
