S.U. Korea, led by CEO Shin Jeong-seon, won the 2025 Sports Seoul Quality Innovation Award in the seasoning category for its premium natural seasoning line “Namhae Jin-in.” The brand uses only natural ingredients from clean Korean regions, blending 22 seafood and agricultural items (e.g., anchovy, shrimp, clams, dried fish flakes, green onion, garlic, ginger, mushrooms) to achieve deep flavor and nutrition. The flagship “Namhae Jin-in The Rich Broth” comes in a coin-shaped powder that makes rich broth in 2 minutes, saving cooking time; the name “yuksuda” is a compound of yuksu (broth) and “da-sseunda” (to use fully). Another product, “Namhae Jin-in Rich Bellflower (doraji) Powder,” uses 3-year-plus Muju bellflower (doraji) root at 92% purity and controls bitterness with traditional malt syrup. All products are made in HACCP-certified facilities with nutrient-preserving techniques and exclude five artificial additives (flavor enhancers, artificial sweeteners, synthetic flavors, synthetic colorants, emulsifiers), making them suitable from infants to adults. CEO Shin says the company aims to create a trusted, one-stop healthy natural food store for busy parents, emphasizes ESG and zero-waste production, and plans to grow as a trusted K-food brand globally while preserving traditional Korean care in its product design.
