Ashley Queens, a world-gourmet buffet brand from E-Land Eats, will open a themed pop-up called “House of Ashley” in Seoul’s Seongsu neighborhood from next month until Jan 25. The pop-up foregrounds the brand’s fictional three-generation family narrative — grandmother Catherine, mother Evelyn and granddaughter Ashley — across six themed rooms (living room, attic, travel library, etc.) filled with real period props and collected items to convey a nostalgic American lifestyle. The exhibit aims to introduce the brand’s heritage and emotional story rather than just menu sampling. Ahead of the full Seongsu restaurant opening in March, the pop-up is a marketing push to reposition Ashley Queens toward younger MZ consumers (Millennials and Gen Z) by emphasizing “experience” over product. The brand also highlights its value proposition — a lunch price of ₩19,900 — and will offer special limited-time American comfort-food dishes and a reservation-only dessert buffet during the pop-up.
