Musinsa, South Korea's largest online fashion platform, launched a new service called 'K-KONNECT' to sell K-pop and other Korean cultural products alongside its fashion offerings. The platform will offer artist-collaboration clothing and accessories, idol goods (merch such as keychains), concert tickets, fan lightsticks (cheering sticks), and exhibition passes. Musinsa is already exclusively selling merchandise inspired by BLACKPINK members and plans to leverage the success of its timed-release 'Musinsa Drop' model (limited, scheduled product drops) to grow revenue and corporate value by broadening into cultural commerce.
