7,000 Runners Take to Everland Speedway in Unique 10K Circuit Run

The 2025 Everland 10K Circuit Run, held at Everland Speedway in Yongin, drew about 7,000 participants. The race used a mix of the full international circuit (4.3 km) for one lap and a shortened course (2.85 km) for two laps, totaling 10 km. Runners started in two pace-based groups (under 55 minutes and over 55 minutes). Finishers received commemorative medals and achievement items, and a special one-lap program was offered for those who found the 10K challenging. Organizers said this was the second year for the novelty marathon at the motorsport venue, aiming to boost public interest in motorsports alongside Korea’s growing running culture. (Everland is a major Korean theme park and resort.)
