Naver Webtoon Partners with Paris Opera to Launch Ballet Webtoon

Naver Webtoon announced a partnership with the Paris Opera to release a France-origin webtoon titled "Secret d'une Etoile" (Ballerina’s Secret). The story follows a Korean dancer in the Paris Opera corps who, after touching a tiara before an audition, becomes possessed by a prima ballerina from the 1950s. Korean writer Heonybee and French artist Still Underworld collaborate on the project; it will be previewed in French on the 28th and serialized in Korea next year. The Paris Opera, a 350-year-old institution that runs performances at Palais Garnier and Opéra Bastille, will help bring performing arts and webtoons together in this cultural partnership.
