aespa Named Global Ambassador for Shin Ramyun; Special Packaging Released

Nongshim has selected K-pop girl group aespa as the first-ever global ambassador for its flagship instant noodle brand Shin Ramyun. The company plans to promote the slogan “Spicy Happiness In Noodles” worldwide, using aespa’s K-pop influence to showcase the product’s flavor and energy. Their first collaboration is a global Shin Ramyun ad made like a music video, featuring aespa’s vocals, performance, and a playful “Shin Ramyun dance” that mimics opening the packet, pouring water, and preparing chopsticks, plus finger choreography spelling out SHIN. The ad will be digitally distributed across major markets including the U.S., China, Japan, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Nongshim will also sell an “aespa special package” with group images on multipacks and individual member images on single packs, rolling out from China in November and then globally in December. Special packs will include photocards with members’ photos and handwritten notes, and offline promotions and events at retailers will feature aespa. aespa said they’ve long enjoyed Shin Ramyun in daily life and will now actively introduce it to global fans as ambassadors.
