Cognac as Dessert: Twosome Place Launches Hennessy V.S.O.P Cake (pre-order)

Korean cafe chain Twosome Place has teamed up with 250-year-old cognac house Hennessy to release a limited 'Hennessy V.S.O.P Cake' available for one day next month, with whole-cake pre-orders starting now via the Twosome Heart app. The cake folds Hennessy V.S.O.P’s vanilla, clove and cinnamon notes into a rich chocolate cream, black-sugar pound and chocolate mousse, and is finished with a decorative bottle-like topper and premium red-accented packaging. Twosome says the collaboration aims to blur the line between alcohol and dessert and expand the category of “adult desserts.” The company has previously released limited alcoholic desserts with Glenfiddich (whisky) and Johnnie Walker (Scotch).
