South Korea’s space agency and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups held “K-Space Night” on April 18 in Bremen, Germany, alongside Space Tech Expo Europe 2025 to help domestic small and medium-sized space firms enter the European market. Space Tech Expo Europe, held annually in Bremen since 2015, gathers launch service providers, satellite operators, communications and ground systems, and materials and parts companies; this year about 950 exhibitors and over 10,000 visitors are expected. Fourteen Korean space companies exhibited their technologies, and organizers provided exhibition marketing and IR (investor relations) training. At K-Space Night, participating startups made IR pitches and networked with local space agencies, investors, and industry partners; roughly 130 guests—including agencies, investors, and media—attended. Officials said the event is part of a multi-agency effort to support Korean space SMEs in scaling overseas and building partnerships in the new-space era.
