Good Housekeeping’s 2026 Kitchen Award highlighted Epicurean’s All-in-One cutting board, made from a paper-and-resin composite (paper board). The magazine’s Kitchen Lab tested 30+ boards over six years, checking slip resistance, knife feel and scratches with Western and Asian knives, hand-wash difficulty, stain and odor resistance, dishwasher warping, and real-user convenience. Epicurean’s board is thin, lightweight, dishwasher-safe, durable like wood, and features a smooth side and a juicing groove side for meat and fruit. Slip-resistant pads on both sides showed little wear after months, and users praised easy drying and compact storage. Downsides include relatively easy scratching, color fading over time, and a higher price than plastic boards; however, testers said appearance change didn’t affect performance. Good Housekeeping selects winners from hundreds of entries based on testing, market differentiation, and consumer interest.
