South Korean cosmetics brand LUNA has released the Long-Lasting Bubbling Gum Gloss, a high-shine lip gloss designed to adhere firmly to lips for extended wear. The gloss uses a "super shine formula"—a high-gloss, high-viscosity oil that coats pigments for reflective shine—and contains menthol for a volumizing plumping effect.
