'Lee Kun-hee Collection' Opens in Washington, D.C.

The National Museum of Korea and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art have opened a special exhibition, 'Treasures of Korea: Collecting, Cherishing, Sharing,' at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Asian Art in Washington, D.C., beginning Nov. 15. This is the first overseas showing of the 'Lee Kun-hee Collection,' artworks and artifacts donated to the nation by the late Samsung chairman Lee Kun-hee and his family.
