First Overseas Showing of the 'Lee Kun-hee Collection' Opens Nov. 15 in Washington, D.C.

The National Museum of Korea and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art announced that a special exhibition titled "Treasures of Korea: Collecting, Caring, Sharing" opens on Nov. 15 at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Asian Art in Washington, D.C. This is the first overseas display of the "Lee Kun-hee Collection," works donated to the nation by the late Samsung chairman Lee Kun-hee and his family.
