Samwon Garden and Dainhill (박수남, 박영식) launched new premium dining offerings that showcase hanwoo (Korean beef). The ‘Two-Peul Korean Steakhouse Nonhyeon’ introduces a weekday dinner han-sang cha-rim (full-course table set) featuring aged top-grade hanwoo and seasonal ingredients, including signature steaks and diverse Korean courses. ‘Two-Peul Sirloin Gangnam Station’ offers a value weekday and weekend set combining popular items from the Two-Peul×Rosok hanwoo collection, such as tender aged hanwoo, chewy stone-octopus sam-hap (three-way pairing), crispy shrimp pajeon (green onion pancake), seasoned crab, and steamed egg. Rosok Yeouido runs a weekend-only “assorted roasts unlimited” event with fresh hanwoo roast, yukhoe (raw beef), gimbap, boiled pork platter, and side dishes; reservations are available monthly via Naver, limited to 90 minutes per seating, and allow corkage-free entry of up to two bottles of wine or whiskey per table. The CEO says the new han-sang and unlimited roast menus let diners experience the rich appeal of hanwoo in one place.
