SPC Samlip partnered with Pokémon Korea to release a playful seasonal dessert called 'Pikachu Choco-Banana Monster Ball Cake.' Breaking the cake’s Monster Ball top reveals a yellow choco-banana flavored cake evoking Pikachu, with chocolate filling, banana cream and choco balls. The product includes one of five random Pokémon stickers (띠부씰) and can be bought on the Samlip online store or via KakaoTalk Gifts (카카오톡 선물하기). Purchases through KakaoTalk include a Pikachu topper for photos. SPC Samlip will hold a launch event on Kakao Shopping Live on the 15th at 7 PM with giveaways for early purchasers—frozen jelly packs featuring Pikachu and a sticker book—and a 7% discount for KakaoPay users. The company promoted the cake as a fun gift for the year-end season.
